  • Baked Rigatoni with Eggplant Tomato and Ricotta: Marinara Coated Pasta, Roasted Eggplant, Herb Ricotta

  • Pesto Roasted Cauliflower, Currants, Pine Nuts: GSV Areoponic Basil Pesto

  • Bruschetta Mozzarella Panzanella: Rustic Bread Cubes Tossed With Fresh Tomato, Mozzarella, 
    Red Onion, Fried Basil in Balsamic reduction

  • Parmesan Green Beans and Kale: Grated Cheese, Garlic Green Beans, Wilted Kale Garlic Bread

  • Salted Caramel Budino & Chocolate Chip Cannoli

Pre-Race “Kids” Menu

  • Pizza Mac and Cheese Casserole: Pepperoni, Sausage, Tomato & Mozzarella Tossed in Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • Cheetos Chicken Tenders: House Breaded Chicken served with BBQ, Ranch & Honey Mustard

The Garden Spot Village 1/2 Marathon & 10K introduced a new course in 2019 and is located in the midst of beautiful Lancaster County farmland.
