Welcome to the Garden Spot Village Kids Fun Run co-hosted by Girls on the Run and Garden Spot Village 1/2 Marathon and 10K.
Garden Spot Village and Girls on the Run want to provide a running experience for our youngest runners in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Kids benefit from a closed, safe course on the Garden Spot Village campus, and experience the thrill of a race start and finish. Kids get a finisher’s medal, a t-shirt, and the thrill of a cheering crowd congratulating them.
Kids also get an ice-cream treat, a whoopie pie.

To participate in the Virtual Run you will complete your preferred distance in any location between March 18th and 26th and submit your time.
You can run outside or on a treadmill, but the distance must be completed all at once just like it would be on race day.
Virtual Runners are not eligible for age group awards or the Road Apple Award.
The 2025 Garden Spot Village 1/2 Marathon & 10K is April 26, 2025 at 8am. We recommend you arrive early to organize yourself, stretch, and get situated before the event.
